On Wednesday morning following a leisurely breakfast, sixty five Allied Masons, assembled at Chorley.
Enjoying the Tea & Biscuits
Arriving around 10.00am they enjoyed welcome refreshments of Tea and biscuits, much lively chat ensued.
 
At 11.00am the main event a ceremony of the Grand High Priest was to be worked.
Stimulating Discussion??
The ceremony was conducted by W.Bro. Paul Renton to an exceptionally high standard, during the ceremony seventeen candidates were admitted to the Order.

All who witnessed to ceremony thoroughly enjoyed the work of Paul Renton.

Following the meeting there followed an enjoyable meal, commenting after the meal the Grand Master M.W.Bro. Tom Jackson said how delighted he was to have been able to attend and see so many Brethren who were obviously enjoying the meeting.

What time is the Train??
After the formalities had finished many Brethren continued in conversation. Several though started a journey either by car or train to Dalton in Furness for another Allied meeting later that evening.
 
Would they get there without any mishap? A full report will follow.
